Enabling right-click for Mac

Enabling right-click for Mac

MacsĀ do not by default have the right side of the mouse set up as right click. MacBooks have a double finger click set up as right-click but many users find this hard to do. However for either case you can set up the mouse or track pad to have a right click section.

1) Open System Preferences
2) Select Mouse
3) On an iMac it will show a diagram of the mouse with drop down boxes coming off them. Set the right side of the mouse as the secondary button rather than the primary button. Or in the case of a left handed user set the left side as primary button.
4) On a MacBook you have several different options on how to make the trackpad right click. Select which ever you like.
