Inquire Training – Download Course Content

Courses on Inquire (Moodle) do not go away at the end of the semester and they will show further down on your Inquire (Moodle) course site listing. Prior semester courses show for both students and faculty. Having multiple semester courses on Inquire fosters several items such as the ability to import content from prior semesters and the exploration of student ePortfolios by QEP and other groups on campus. Courses and their content will be purged from Inquire after two years. If for some reason you do not wish for students to access a prior semester course on Inquire, you will need to manually change the course availability to “Hide”.

It is recommended that if you wish to save course content, including student data (i.e., course enrollments, student grades, student file submissions/uploads) that you backup and download these materials from Inquire (Moodle).
