- Launch Microsoft Teams
- On the left-hand side of Teams look for Cisco Call

↑
Ellipsis - If the Cisco Call icon is not present, you will need to click the Ellipsis […] and search for Cisco Call

- Once added to your sidebar, open Cisco Call and you be asked to sign in

- Upon sign in, you will likely be asked a few times if you would like to use the Cisco Calling Dock
(Feel free to test this feature out; We have found that most people prefer not to use it) - After making a choice to use the dock or not, you will likely be met with a Windows UAC Prompt:

- Select Cancel
- You will then be taken to this screen:

- If you see the grey ‘Connecting…’ banner for more than ~15 seconds, we recommend the following:
– Navigate to the ‘System Tray’ in the lower righthand side of the window desktop and locate Teams
– Right click Teams and choose Quit

↑
System Tray - Finally, relaunch Teams and you should be ready to make calls
