I click on my Inquire course in MyRoanoke and it brings me to a page that says “Login to Moodle failed. SSO Credentials not found.”
At the end of that message it will say “Enter your credentials.” Click on that part of the message and it will take you to a place where you simply need to enter and confirm your MyRoanoke login and then it will proceed to Inquire.
I am going to the inquire.roanoke.edu site rather than MyRoanoke and it is not letting me login.
The Inquire login should be the exact same as your MyRoanoke username and password. However, sometimes a password does not update correctly or your Inquire account will have an incorrect setting. Contact the Helpdesk, (540) 375-2225, and they will be able to have it working again quickly.
