Our office phones can block up to 30 numbers, when a number is Blacklisted incoming calls from the blacklist contacts will be rejected automatically.

To add a contact to the blacklist directory:

1. Press Menu -> Directory -> Blacklist (or Blocklist).
2. Press the Add soft key.
3. Enter the name and the office, mobile, or other numbers in the corresponding fields.
4. Leave the Account field set to the default Auto setting.
5. Press the Save soft key to accept the change or the Back soft key to cancel.
