Changing Your Roanoke College Account Password

If you need to change your Roanoke College account password and it has NOT EXPIRED, you can do so at:
Log in to the MyAccount portal and follow these instructions:

Students and Alumni, please keep in mind that your Roanoke email and your MyAccount passwords are the same. Updating your MyAccount password will update your Inquire password and your email password.

  1. Select the third option on the page, “My Account: View Your Account Details” and login with your Roanoke college username and password.
  2. Select the second tab on the taskbar, “Change Password”, this option will allow you to reset the password to your accounts.
If your Roanoke College account password has expired you can do one of the following:

Call the Helpdesk at 540-375-2225. The Helpdesk can reset your password for you over the phone. Passwords cannot be reset over email or support tickets for security reasons. The Helpdesk is open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. If you are abroad, the Helpdesk can set up a Zoom appointment to reset your password.


Go to a lab or office computer on campus and login with your old password; you will be prompted to create a new password.
