Adding Alternate Email Address and/or Phone Numbers to Receive Password Notices

  • Click on the “My Account” button

  • Once you have signed in, you will see the page below. Please select “My Credentials” on the left side bar.

  • SMS Numbers
    • This is where you can add SMS numbers to receive passcodes. All you need to do is select “New Number” in the bottom right and enter and validate the number. Then, from then on when using MyAccount, you can select either this number or the original number the school has on file for you.
    • NOTE: Entering a number here does not add this number anywhere else in the school’s system. You would still need to contact the correct office to update that.
  • Email Addresses
    • Here, you can enter another secondary email address to receive one-time passwords. This is not required, as you would have already had to provide one on first time set up.
  • TOTP Authenticators
    • We are not currently utilizing this functionality, so this tab may be ignored.
