How do I change my Passcode (PIN):

  • On your phone, press the Message button.
  • Enter your current Passcode and press #. (If you forgot your Passcode, contact the IT Helpdesk)
  • Note: The default pin is 0807
  • Press 8 (Change Passcode)
  • Enter a new Passcode and press #.
  • Enter the same new Passcode and press # again.
