Connecting to the WiFi on a Linux Device

  1. Click on the wireless symbol
  2. Choose from the list of available networks:
    • RCStudent: choose this option if you are a RC student
    • RCFacStaff: choose this option if you are a faculty/staff member
  3. When prompted, enter your Roanoke College username and password.

Note: Some Linux devices might require these additional settings:

  • EAP Method set as PEAP
  • Phase 2 Authentication set as MSCHAPv2
  • CA Certificate set as Unspecified or Do not validate
