If you know that someone is not in the office and you receive a caller who wished to leave a voicemail, you can transfer that person directly to someone’s voicemail.

1. While the caller is still on the line, press transfer and dial *55 followed by the extension and the # key, Example: *552225# would transfer directly to the IT Helpdesk voicemail.
2. Hit transfer again and then hang up.
