On an iPhone (Apple Mail App)

1. Open Settings
2. Scroll down and tap Apps
3. Tap Mail
4. Tap Mail Accounts
5. Tap Add Account
6. Choose your email provider:
   • Google (Gmail)
   • Yahoo
   • Outlook/Microsoft
   • iCloud
   • Other
7. Enter your email address and password
8. Tap Next
9. Allow permissions if asked
10. Make sure Mail is turned on
11. Tap Save

Your email should now appear in the Mail app.

How to Download Outlook and Add Your Email

iPhone (App Store)

1. Open the App Store
2. Tap the Search tab at the bottom
3. Type Microsoft Outlook
4. Find Microsoft Outlook by Microsoft
5. Tap Get or the cloud download button
6. Wait for it to install
7. Tap Open

Add Your Email in Outlook

1. Tap Add Account
2. Type your Roanoke email address
3. Tap Continue
4. Enter your password
5. Tap Sign In
6. Approve any verification requests if asked
7. Tap Maybe Later for optional setup screens

Your email should now appear in the Outlook app.

Android (Google Play Store)

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Search for Microsoft Outlook
3. Tap Microsoft Outlook
4. Tap Install
5. Wait for download and installation
6. Tap Open

Add Your Email

1. Tap Add Account
2. Enter your Roanoke email address
3. Tap Continue
4. Enter your password
5. Tap Sign In
6. Complete any security verification steps

If Outlook Asks “Add Another Account”

• Tap Skip if you only want one email
• Tap Add if you want multiple emails on the same phone
